1) Services

We provide food service, lunch fare, and catering, including catering and private event bookings requested via phone or email. We serve from Bullhead Point Pavilion, West Broadway, Fulton, NY 13069, Monday–Friday 11 AM–6 PM. We are closed weekends and winter months and open for the 2026 season.

2) Catering & Booking Terms

How to book: Reach out to us by phone at (315) 436-5797 or by email at shannonshotdogs14@yahoo.com. Our online catering form is not yet active, so please do not rely on it to submit a booking request.

Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us (email or other written message).

Event details: You are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count, dietary needs, and any venue requirements).

Changes: Requests to change event details must be submitted as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

3) Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

Payment terms (including any deposits, minimums, service fees, travel fees, and due dates) may vary by event and will be provided during booking.

Deposits: A deposit of [DEPOSIT PERCENTAGE — CLIENT TO CONFIRM]% of the quoted event total is required to reserve a date. Deposits are non-refundable, except that we will refund the deposit if we cancel the event.

Refunds: If you cancel more than [CANCELLATION WINDOW — CLIENT TO CONFIRM] days before the event, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within [RESCHEDULE WINDOW — CLIENT TO CONFIRM] months. If you cancel within [CANCELLATION WINDOW — CLIENT TO CONFIRM] days of the event, the deposit is forfeited. If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Catering details:

4) Cancellations & No-Shows

Customer cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Our cancellations: If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, emergencies, or venue restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or provide any applicable refund per your booking confirmation.

5) Food Safety & Allergens

We handle food with care; however, our food may be prepared in environments where common allergens are present. Please inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

Please tell us about any allergy or dietary restriction when you book and again when you arrive at the truck. If you have a severe allergy, please speak directly with a staff member before ordering. In a medical emergency, call 911.

6) Customer Responsibilities (Events)

For catering events, you agree to:

• Provide safe, legal access to the event site and any required permits/approvals.
• Ensure adequate space and conditions for service (as communicated during booking).
• Follow venue rules and local regulations.

7) Photo & Media Release

We may photograph or record our events and our service for promotional use. By booking an event, you consent to our use of photographs and video that do not focus on any individual guest, and you agree to obtain any consents required from your guests. Tell us in writing before the event if you do not want photography at your event.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials (logos, photos, text) are owned by Shannon's or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or communications, including attempting to disrupt service, submit false information, or engage in harassment.

10) Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or that all information will always be error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shannon's will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any catering event or order will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for that event or order. This limitation does not apply to personal injury, illness, death, fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12) Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue: Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oswego County, New York, and each party consents to that venue.

Dispute resolution: Before filing any claim, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at (315) 436-5797 or shannonshotdogs14@yahoo.com. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
