Privacy Policy

We may collect the following types of information:

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number.
• Event/booking details: Event date/time, location, guest count, service needs, and notes you provide.
• Messages and inquiries: Information you include when you email or call us.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools, and we do not collect website usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, or device/browser information.

Please note: our online contact, event request, review, and catering forms are not yet active. They do not transmit or store anything, and we do not receive what you enter into them. To reach us, please call (315) 436-5797 or email shannonshotdogs14@yahoo.com.

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Process and manage catering requests and bookings
• Communicate about your event (confirmations, changes, and updates)
• Improve our services and website
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed:

• Service providers: Vendors that help us operate our communications (for example, our email provider), under appropriate confidentiality expectations.
• Legal reasons: If required to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights and safety.

We keep information only as long as needed for business, booking, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it when reasonable. This applies to booking and inquiry records we create from phone calls and emails. Because our website forms do not transmit or store information, we do not hold any records created through those forms.

You can:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

We do not currently send marketing emails or maintain a mailing list. If we do in the future, we will include an unsubscribe option.

We do not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our website. If we add them in the future, they will help the site function and may help us understand how visitors use the site, and you will be able to control cookies through your browser settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

If we ever experience a security breach affecting your private information, we will notify you as required by New York law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the latest version.
