Shannon's Hot Dogs by Crystal was born from a passion for great food and community connection. The truck rolled into Fulton with a mission to make every meal memorable, one cheerful lunch stop at a time.
At Bullhead Point Pavilion, food creates moments, conversations, and connections. Our weekday seasonal operation is part of the rhythm of Fulton: come by for a hot meal, stay for the lakeside setting, and leave with a story of your own.
